1. Sustainable development of agricultural areas

In recent decades, the global transformation of terrestrial ecosystems has led to a climate change, decrease in biological diversity and disruption in the integrity of plant cover, including soil, on the Far East. Involvement of land in agricultural practices is one of the most widespread types of anthropogenic transformation. The information on the fertility transformation of soils involved in agricultural use will be presented in the reports of scientists Aseeva T.A. (Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Corresponding Member of RAS), Golokhvast K.S. (Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of RAS), Li Wenhua (President of the Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Harbin, China).

2.  Agricultural biotechnology and breeding methods

For the means of biodiversity preservation, development of resource and agricultural sectors of economy, and food safety provision, new competitive genotypes of cultivated plants, resistant to changing environmental conditions, have been created. The following reports will be presented in this section: Sinegovskaya V.T. (Academician of RAS), Kiselev E.P. (Academician of RAS), Klykov A.G. 3. Socio-economic and environmental aspects of sustainable development of territories

Monitoring the use of the resource potential of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, their functioning and dynamics at the molecular to ecosystem levels, assessing their variability and resistance to climatic and anthropogenic influences allows developing the scientific basis for their sustainable development. 4. Modern digital technologies in agriculture

The works on crop yield forecasting with the remote sensing of the Earth from space, and reports covering the application of modern digital technologies for the sustainable development of agro-industrial sector will be presented during the conference.
